Event Pick Up Policy

You MUST provide the order number(s) when picking up at our store.

All preorders MUST be picked up at the Clio Evans event on May 23rd 2026.

Preorders not picked up will be forfeited, no refunds provided.

You can cancel your pre-order up to two weeks prior to the event by emailing help@mysticbox.co
