Event Pick Up Policy

You MUST provide the order number(s) when picking up at our store.

All preorders MUST be picked up at the I.V. Ophelia event on S 23rd 2026.

Preorders not picked up will be forfeited, no refunds provided.

You can cancel your pre-order up to two weeks prior to the event by emailing help@mysticbox.co
