• Valid ticket holders can pick up for an additional 4 people.
• Each person can pick up a max of 5 orders total.
• You MUST provide the order number(s) when picking up at our table.
• We are unable to combine orders. You can reach out to the help desk: help@mysticbox.co to add to your order as long as it is within the max limits.
• All pre-orders MUST be picked up in person at our Huntington Beach event.
• Pre-orders not picked up will be forfeited, no refunds provided.
• You can cancel your pre-order up to two weeks prior to the event by emailing help@mysticbox.co
