Event Pick Up Policy

  • All preorders MUST be picked up in person at the Huntington Beach Event.
  • Please note that some preorders may have limits. Those limits will be noted in the product description. 
  • You MUST provide the order number(s) when picking up at our table.
  • Please email the help desk with the name and email of the person who is picking up for you.
  • We are unable to combine orders. You can reach out to the help desk to add to your order as long as it is within the max limits.
  • All preorders MUST be picked up in person at the Huntington Beach Event.
  • Preorders not picked up will be forfeited, no refunds provided.

You can cancel your preorder up to two weeks prior to the event.
